The project is basically designed upon the principle of increasing the interaction of the civil society organizations from Europe and Turkey. But this will be managed by focusing on the issue of integration of migrants. The project will bring CSOs, public and international organizations together and will increase the interaction, cooperation and dialogue among these shareholders via activities like study visits, workshops, seminars, exhibition, creation of new projects etc. The dialogue and interaction will be strengthened especially by bilateral works on projects. To provide continuation of the dialogue and interaction the project will assist the participants in constraints like language, communication channels etc.
The aim of the project is to increase dialogue but the topic it will handle to provide this aim is migration. The CSOs (and public institutions as a second target) will be brought together to weave the ties for stronger dialogue; by the way of sharing best practices on integration of migrants and implementation of EU migration policies.
Values of The Good Practice
The project promotes dissemination of best practices and increases the quality of services CSOs and public organizations provide for immigrants. As the immigrants participate more in every aspect of the life, and make their own contributions with their own capacity, the society all together will be better. Since immigrants are considered as disadvantaged, the project serves directly to a disadvantaged sector of society. Gender equality will specifically be observed in all activities of the project.

Methods of implementation are:
1)Project management and coordination: A gant scheme will be prepared at the beginning of the project in which all actions and activities, roles and tasks are described and put in a time frame. A Quality Management Plan (QMP) will be added to this gant scheme indicating also the target groups, results to be obtained and performance indicators. To all meetings European partners will join via skype or instant talk tools if they are not together. Project management committee, which will be composed of representatives from each partner organization, will be responsible for the quality management plan. Bi-monthly regular management and evaluation meetings among partners, online and face-to-face meetings 4 times in the project will provide the quality assurance.
2) Publications and dissemination of results: The project brochure, posters, web page and notes of activities to be published will be tools to increase the awareness among civil society organizations, public organizations, universities and other people who are interested in the issue. Social media as a tool for dissemination of results will be used during and after the project.
3) Seminars for increasing capacity of civil society and public organization members, representatives, staff or volunteers to deal with migrants and integration of migrants issues: For each session verbal presentation of the topic (with pictures, diagrams, maps, etc. if need), sharing knowledge, ideas or questions about the topic, answers and comments on conversations will take place. Trainings will be practical and interactive: case studies, collective research, data analyzes, collective evaluation of the achievements, etc.
4) Study visits in Belgium: Discussion and exchange of knowledge, methods and know-how about integration of migrants: The host organizations will inform the guests on their works, methods, systems, best practices etc. Observation in the field will be made. A workshop will be organized in the last day to analyze, evaluate and discuss the examples. The reason for using this method is that intercultural dialogue through visits abroad is one of the most effective ways of learning different practices and leave deep traces behind.
5) Seminars and workshops to increase capacity of CSOs and public organizations in Turkey and to create new projects: For seminar sessions verbal presentation of the topic (with pictures, diagrams, maps, etc. if need), sharing knowledge, ideas or questions about the topic, answers and comments on conversations will take place. Trainings will be practical and interactive: case studies, collective research, data analyzes, collective evaluation of the achievements, etc. Project Cycle Management and Logical Framework methods will be used for creating projects. For workshop sessions, the participators will work in groups to create their own projects. Supervising will be provided by IRFAM experts. Each team and project will be taken separately and one by one will be worked on for matching the right counterpart from European CSOs or public organizations.
6) Transfer of best practices from Europe to Turkey and coaching for new projects: Various methods used by European CSOs for integration of migrants will be transferred to Turkish CSOs. For this purpose Turkish CSOs will create new projects according to their needs and these projects and CSOs will be matched up with European counterparts. The projects will be developed in line with best practices performed by Belgian CSOs. Thus, Belgian CSO representatives will make a kind of coaching for Turkish CSOs (and public organizations). This method was chosen for increasing dialogue and cooperation to open the door for more sustainable interaction
7) Closing program: which will include dissemination seminars, exhibition of the project results and new created projects and closing meeting will be useful for increasing the effect of the project and awareness among people
